Creamy Berry Smoothie

 1 avocado
 1 cup frozen blueberries
 1 cup frozen blackberries
 2 tbsp ground flaxseed or ground chia seed
 juice of 2 limes
 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
 5 ice cubes (if not using frozen fruit)

Wash and pat all produce dry.

De-pit and score avocado. Transfer to blender.

Add remaining ingredients and blend on high until smooth and creamy.

Feel free to add other superfoods such as maca powder, cacao, etc. You can also add protein powder for some extra protein.
