I’m Jennifer McKee, Certified Health Coach and Transformation Specialist. I struggled with my weight for most of my life. I told myself I was just meant to be fat and unhealthy. I was my own worst enemy.
Yet, there was this deep desire within me to become healthy. I was looking for more than a quick fix or a diet book. I wanted to make lifelong changes. 
This happened for me when I began making small gradual healthy habit changes to my lifestyle.  Before I knew it, I was completely transformed and had lost 185 lbs (over 50% of my body weight) with no starvation, deprivation, or weight loss gimmicks.
In this 7-week program, I will share with you my secrets to creating a solid foundation for your transformation so you can achieve your goals. You will learn how to transform your mind, body, and soul!

Week 1: The Importance of Integrity, Why, Vision and How to Create Them

    • You will learn how to build the solid foundation of your transformation with integrity as well as your why and vision.
    • You will learn why integrity is so important to your transformation and achieving your goals.

    • You will select an accountability partner so you have extra support during the program. This is completely optional but recommended to get the most out of the program.

Week 2: Manage Your Inner Critic

    • You will learn how to change your negative thoughts into positive ones.
    • You will learn how to take your power back from your inner critic once and for all.
    • You will become your own cheerleader which will help you reach your goals and accomplish more than you can ever imagine!

Week 3: Release Limiting Beliefs

    • You will learn how to release limiting beliefs so you can achieve your true potential.
    • You will how to releasing these beliefs will help you to stop sabotaging yourself.

Week 4: How to Put Yourself First and Commit to Yourself

    • You will learn how to put yourself first so you can be the best mother, daughter, employee, etc that you can be.
    • You will learn how to commit to yourself on a consistent basis.
    • You will learn how to make time for yourself in your busy schedule.

Week 5: How to Set Realistic Goals and Expectations
