Food addiction (including binge/emotional eating and other eating disorders), alcoholism, drug addiction, sex addiction, love addiction, shopping addiction, gambling addiction, etc...... what do they all have in common?!

No matter the addiction, there are many similarities:
You feel powerless and helpless.
The addiction(s) disrupts your life: job, relationships, mindset, self-confidence, self-love, self-worth, and much more.
The addiction(s) keeps you from being the best version of yourself and living your true life purpose.
You get intense and uncontrollable urges and thus have a hard time not acting on the addiction(s).

It is a never ending, destructive, and vicious cycle.

There is hope though and you can recover!
